You can pass on this creditcard information via download of Order Form (Word for Windows), or make up a fax yourself. 2) Use of pre-payment via international wire banktransfer : pass on our bankdetails to your bank, and let them make a transfer where bankfees are split charges (thus make sure you do not let us pay all bankcosts !). Here are our bankdetails :

Please note that we never ship off any goods without guaranteed full pre-payment (by creditcard or banktransfer). Only for deliveries in Belgium we are able to deliver Cash On Delivery.
Once we receive the amount here, we ship off in 2 days (so there is no waiting time). We then send you an shipping confirmation and let you know as to when you can expect to take delivery.
Note on IMPORT tax : if you live outside European (or European countries not contained in the European Community), you will have to IMPORT your Sherman Filterbank by making sure the unit is cleared at your customs. We always add the necessary EXPORT documents to facilitate this, but depending on your country, taxes & customs, you will be demanded to pay a certain fee to them (e.g. 8% on declared amount, in some states in USA)

Sales conditions :
The invoices are to be fulfilled at last 15 days after invoice date. In case of not fulfillment at expiry date, a surcharge of 10 % is claimed, without prior warning, with a minimum of 25 Euro. On top an interest of 1 % a month is required counting from invoice expiry date. The goods stay property of Sherman Productions BVBA until total payment has taken place. In case of conflict, only the trade court of Louvain is entitled.
Verkoopsvoorwaarden :
De facturen zijn betaalbaar ten laatste 15 dagen na factureringsdatum. Bij gebreke aan betaling op de vervaldag, is van rechtswege en zonder ingebrekestelling een forfaitaire vergoeding verschuldigd van 10 % met een minimum van 25,00 Euro dit als schadeloosstelling. Bovendien worden vanaf de vervaldag verwijlintresten in rekening gebracht ten belope van 1 % per maand tot en met de algehele betaling. De goederen blijfen eigendom van Sherman Productions BVBA tot met de algehele betaling van de factuur. Bij geschillen is enkel de handelsrechtbank van Leuven bevoegd.
